Belki Direkt Mesleki Konular ile ilgili değil ama Meslektaşınız ile alakalı bir konu olduğu için paylaşmak istedim 🙂
12.05.2017 de Dünya için değerli bir proje olan One Road One Way’de Rol Model Seçilmem ve Talep Üzerine kaleme aldığım, ilk olarak Çin’de yayınlanan aşağıdaki yazı ile ilgili haberi sizler ile bugün paylaşmamda ki neden konunun bugün tekrar açılarak yazının farklı ülkelerde yayınlandığı, ciddi tıklanma aldığı ve beğenildiği bilgisinin tarafıma iletilmiş olmasıdır. Tabi Sizler ile paylaşmanın mutluluğu paha biçilemez olacak 🙂
Bu Çalışmayı sizler ile de paylaşmak istememdeki en önemli amaç ise Meslektaş olarak öz güvenimizin her daim yüksek olması gerektiği ve istediğimizde başaramayacağımız hiç bir işin olmayacağını göstermeye çalışmak ve Bir Meslektaşınızın Dünya’yı ilgilendiren Değerli Bir Projede Rol Model seçilmesinin, yazısının Farklı ülkelerde Yayınlanmasının sizleri de mutlu edeceğini düşünmem ve konu hakkında farkındalık yaratarak böyle durumlarda sadece teknik insanların değil de meslektaşlarımızın da ön planda olabileceğini göstermektir.
Öncelikle Tekrar Belirtmek isterim ki Dünya’da birçok ülkeyi ilgilendiren “One Belt One Road” gibi önemli bir Projede Ülkemizi Temsilen Rol Modeli Seçilmiş olmanın mutluluğunu yaşıyorum 🙂

First of all I would like to introduce myself very shortly to remove your questions about this article’s writer. My name is Serkan Tavşan. In 1981, I was born in Göle that is the district to Ardahan in Turkey. Since my family had moved their house in 1984, I have been perpetuating my life in Ankara, capital city of Turkey. I have been working for various international companies for the last 10 years. Currently I am a Turkish employee, assigned as CPA to work and consultancy for CRRC MNG Rail System Vehicles Ind. & Trade that has the largest scale of production of railway vehicles investment in Turkey.
I had many questions in my mind when I quitted from Austrian company to join to Chinese company whether I would be successful to carry out my Professional experiences that were gained in European Company to Asian Company. At the same time I had some doubts on being in good stead to transfer my Professional gains to Chinese company, how much I can put additional profit and will they be pleased on my study? In the mean time during the times I had such doubts on adaptation on Chinese Culture and Colloquies, the people I met in the company made it inevitable to love them and the peaceful working environment which made me repeat many times: The right place and the right time. I would like to mention that working for such a big company with such important assignment is great honor for me and the peaceful working environment makes me much more committed to Chinese entity day by day.
Turkish and Chinese had common history for more than 5 thousand years so it is such a pleasure for both communities to be partners instead of being competitors. The increasingly continuation of such togetherness will be on increasing benefit of both parties.
The economic belt is the Silk road and sea way is the road itself which is supported with the railway, highway and natural gas pipeline way and related projects that connects China through Moscow to Rotterdam and Venetia makes it inevitable for Turkey to join the big partnership because of its geopolitical location including her industrial infrastructure and her sea ports. I have noticed that this Global Industrial joint venture seems to be highly supported by friendship of Turkish-Chinese culture which will carry both sides to great success.
Since I have been working with Chinese people I clearly see that the professional life, financial and accounting life, daily life and the personal characteristics which contains patriotism, honesty, respect to customs, culture and religious values will carry both communities and people to higher destinations which will be reached out much more easier with direct success . Joint successes will lead to very close friendships among Turkish and Chinese people which will turn out to the chain of friendship-success-friendship-success…
